First Allegiance (formerly REO Allegiance) was established in 1997 by Lisa Sadaoui as an Eviction Lockout Field Service Provider. Her unique experience owning a moving and storage company specializing in Eviction Moving and Storage shaped her vision of what constitutes excellence in a business. Handling the most challenging eviction lockout situations throughout the country, we established a reputation for steadfast reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail for many of the largest home lenders in the United States. In 2000, at the request of clients who had experienced the excellent service we provided them on their eviction lockouts, we added Nationwide REO Property Preservation and Repair services to our service offerings. Over the next decade, we expanded our client base exponentially, providing services to many of the largest banks, servicers, and asset management companies.
Throughout this growth, First Allegiance maintained our founder's commitment to excellence and accountability and developed a reputation as a collaborative, trusted, results-driven partner. In 2011, we broadened our service offerings to include nationwide pre-conveyance. As the company evolved well beyond the REO space, in 2013, REO Allegiance changed names to First Allegiance, better representing the business and its offerings. Over the past ten years, we have continued growing, honing our expertise to become a premier FHA pre-conveyance and GSE-compliant programs provider. Our service offerings have also grown to provide property registration, utility management, violations management, tenant services, and valuations. |
Additionally, our client base grew beyond banking institutions, Servicers, and Asset Management companies to institutional investors, property management companies, and iBuyers. Through ongoing investment in technology throughout the years, we provide an enterprise-level, proprietary technology solution, advancing compliance and automation, leading to best-in-class QC programs.
